About Me:

I moved to the Capital District about four years ago. I love it here. I started my recruiting efforts back in 2002 when I developed an undergraduate recruiting program for the State University of New York Utica/ Rome. It was a natural fit for me because at the same time I began the recruiting program for the college, I was finishing my Masters in Telecommunications. The school wanted to increase undergrad enrollment and it became apparent fairly quickly that I loved doing this type of work. I then began applying to IT companies and landed a job as a IT recruiter. I have transitioned over the years to becoming a Recruting Manager and it is truly a job I look forward to doing every single day.
