I am ultra-competitive - no question. Not so much that I always like to win, but in the sense that I always want to do the best I can. Failure doesn't bother me; well, at least not as long as I know the best effort possible was put forth. No matter what the task whether it be for work or play. It makes no difference. In my opinion you should always challenge yourself. The key is to be impassioned. If you know deep down that you truly pushed yourself you will always feel positive about the experience.
