This position is for an individual who has mastered the art of Java. You are special because you know the difference between a class and an interface. A bean is much more to you than an accompaniment at your favorite Mexican restaurant.

Requirements:
- Highly motivated, assertive self-starter that is goal-driven and detail-oriented.
- Minimum of three years experience designing and developing applications using Object Oriented technologies and UML.
- Minimum of two years experience in each of the following J2EE technologies: EJB, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JDBC.
- Strong SQL background using Oracle and/or MySQL
- Must have experience using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills are essential, as well as strong diagnostic and problem resolution skills.
Desired Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
- Experience developing web applications using PHP and Perl.
- Experience implementing solutions using open source software
- Proficiency with Java web services, XML, and SOAP.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of fundamental data processing concepts and practices, especially relating to PCs
- Ability to analyze and resolve day-to-day problems; manage multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities; interact with technical and user personnel and able to work with little supervision on assigned tasks
